Candidates undergo an application and interview process to assess eligibility for the FPF GAIN Pipeline Program.
Our U.s partners and their experts support every aspect of the journey, from choosing a nursing program to applying to financing. Successful candidates receive a Conditional Offer to join the program, ensuring personalized guidance every step of the way.
2. Preparation
Candidates enroll in an accredited degree program and complete the necessary pre-requisite coursework. We support candidates through the entire process to promote readiness for rigorous degree programs.
Additionally, we provide approved English Proficiency Examinations, and connect candidates with lenders to assisting them in financing their education
3. Transition to the U.S.
Upon acceptance into a degree program, our team of advisors will provide support for your transition to the U.S. This includes assistance in preparing for your F1 student visa interview, arranging transportation and housing, and ensuring you meet all necessary academic and clinical requirements, so that you can get started on your accelerated degree path.
4. Complete Your Degree
Shortly after your arrival, you’ll be immersed in your accelerated educational journey–completing required coursework, meeting fellow classmates from around the world, and gaining valuable experience through clinical practice. Within 12 months, you will successfully complete your degree program.
5. Licensure
Following the completion of your degree, we’ll assist you in preparation for your licensure exam. Upon successfully passing the examination, we’ll assist you in obtaining the necessary certifications and state licensure.
6. Career Launch and Growth
fpf and US partners will work to pair you with one of our healthcare organization employers, providing support throughout the process of obtaining the necessary employment authorization to start your career in the United States.
